    Indeed it is, clearly for the kiddies :)

    He DID reverse the polarity of the neutron flow though.

    *So bereft of DR Who lately considers opening a review thread :D*

    That would cause the universe to implode as in the new series somewhere he refers to Eastenders as a tv programme.
