Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Anyone here played LOTR: Battle for Middle or Earth II? Gamestop are selling it for EUR15.

Is it worth picking up? What's the interface/single player campaign like?

I got it cos it was only €15 as well (in Xtravision) if you like those sort of RTS style games you would like it i'd say, if you also like the whole LOTR thing all the better! You can play as either side cos there's a campaign for each, the graphics are decent enough and it's easy enough to learn all the controls. i'm not really into those games though so i gave up on it after a while (strategy is not my strong point, i'm too gung-ho) I didn't try the online.

It's got a great average score on metacritic though.

For 15 euro why not. I thought it was ok, controls were so so but because I love anything to do with the LOTR I bought it and found it fun.
