Tough one today as obviously after the mountains there will be a few teams plumping for a breakaway.

I'm going for Valverde though to attack on last hill...

Valverde is a good choice. He'll want to salvage something from this Tour and is far enough back for the favourites to let him have a pop. I would have gone for Schumacher too, if he hadn't gone on those crazy attacks the past two days. Might suit Kim Kirchen as well.

Uh oh. Lets hope there's nothing to this. [For those of you worried about spoilers, it's nothing to do with what's going on on the road].

VIZILLE, France (Reuters) - French customs officers stopped and searched a car driven by Johnny Schleck, the father of riders Frank and Andy, during Thursday's 18th stage of the Tour de France, witnesses said.

Customs officers first stopped a press car with Luxemburg number plates and searched it 35km into the day's 196.5km ride from Bourg d'Oisans to St Etienne.

They then stopped a second car, driven by Johnny Schleck, whose sons are riders from Luxembourg representing the CSC team on the Tour de France.

Frank Schleck, who lost the race leader's yellow jersey on Wednesday, is second overall one minute and 24 seconds behind Spanish team mate Carlos Sastre.

"We will search the car," a customs officer told Reuters without giving any further details.

The car later continued on the stage course behind a customs vehicle.

They must have a fair idea that CSC are up to something allright. It was reported in the Irish Times on tuesday that Frank was been tested twice a day.

There's 20 or so riders who have been tested twice a day since the start of the tour due to high haemoglobin level,i believe.Ricco was one of them.Schleck and Schumacher are rumoured to be them aswell
