    Apologies if this is not the correct forum, but it seems the closest to what I need!

    I'm just wondering where I might be able to pick up a single sheet of plywood/MDF (400mm x 600mm x 6mm), preferably around the Blackrock / Dun Laoighre area?

    Not sure about the area but I know that B&Q in Liffey Valley have plywood of that size or bigger. They even cut it to size in store for you :-) If theres a B&Q depot near you then its worth a try. I think it has to be a 'depot' to carry timber etc for tradesmen. Hope it helps.
