Starting a New Build - What are the Main Items?

    I'm considering starting a new build - what would be the main headings to be listed if I'm building a project plan to manage the program?
    Where would I get a good list of required activities for a standard 2-storey block-build with a garden and driveway?

    I started my project plan with these headings, I cannot for the life of me remember the web site I got them off isb*** or something. Its the breakdown of cost for a build but the headings work for my plan.

    Windows and External Doors

    Upper Floor
    2%
    Stairs
