    Hi,
    I have read a few books and articles on the subject of design
    patterns but have to admit that many of the ideas haven't really
    clicked for me - in general the explanations i've read seem rather obtuse.
    The MVC and Singleton pattern make sense but i can't
    really get my head around some of the others.

    Can anyone point me in the direction of a good *clear* explanation
    of some patterns , preferably , though not nessesarily , with an emphasis on php.
