    Hi all
    I'm leaving my company on the 1st of august and they have informed me that they will not forward my P45 to me till the end of august.

    This means, as I'm leaving Ireland on the 9th of August, I will not be able to finish my paper work with the revenue till september or october.

    Is there any way I could force my employee to give me my P45 on my leaving day?

    Could you leave on the Thursday (31st of July) that way you should be processed in July payroll, and they should be able to process you sooner in August.
