Is there something wrong in the EBS

Anyone know what S&P rating the EBS currently have?? They have jacked up thier rates over the ECB rate increases by .3% over the last month....makes me wonder if everything is ok within. Im hearing a rumor that PTSB are seriously on the ropes...can anyone shed some light on this??
