Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I would say bring it up with the management/higher.

If it is shift work I would be sure it's in your contract, that rosters are subject to change with you been notified.

I would not really have any idea, on how your company is run, and cannot find any legal stuff or heard of any legal stuff on rosters. Just the 12 hour rest period between finishing and starting another shift.

Your best bet is too get a hold of your contract, it would be in there.

It is odd for a manger too carry on like this, He must be a bad manger! :)
