hey, have a samoyed for is as mad as a hatter... as many you may know samoyeds tent to be very loud just wondering does anyone have any good tips to help she calm down, she is 9 months old and very strong but good on lead but just very strong slight pull... i have a large park across from my house and see does get a good…

i have a large park across from my house and see does get a good run but as she a pup if she sees another dog she gone so kepping her on the lead more so but want her to be able to walk with me..any tips?
