boards/ireland non-clan clan (xbox)

Like everyone else, I'm getting fed up listening to 13 year old kids whining on about air strike and other such nonsense while playing cod4 on xbl. Yesterday there was some muppet singing Leona Lewis for 4 maps and then whining when he got repeatedly killed.

So as a way around that, I'm wondering is there a generic boards or Ireland clan that people to try reduce the amount of random muppets who they end up playing with/against?

I understand lots of people are already in clans, so this isn't practical for them, but for the rest of us, non-clan players it might help.

I'd also like to avoid fat, whiny Americans.

But on top of that I'd like to avoid playing against people who are level 55+ and do nothing but play CoD all day because I'm tired of getting my ass handed to me over and over again (only got the game last week).

I wish they'd let you choose servers. I remember in the old days of CS on the PC you could browse through the list to find servers for beginners.

You can mute players while playing online, would of cut the annoying singing out. Press the back button while in game and press A while at the player that's annoying you.
