Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Could someone tell me if this is a legal term? "COS ACTS & ANOR" and if so what does it mean? In the context of "COMPANY A" - V - COS ACTS &
    ANOR 2008

    Thanks.

Thanks bills. When this is listed under the hearing of a WINDING UP PETITION, am I right in saying that the company is being closed down?

Yes, better known as liquidation. Companies are wound up either compulsarily by the court, voluntarily by the members or voluntarily by the creditors of the company.
