Will the Halo silencer help cover a longer barrel? And it fits directly over the stock flash hider? I wanted to try to fit a 650mn inner barrel. Our team plays outdoors on 7 acres.
Also with a systema turbo, will stock gearbox handle those two upgrades?

Thanks pornstar for the help so far!

Actually looking at the A3 now, I don't think a HALO silencer will fit the flash hider because the external barrel behind it looks a bit chunky. It does fit the A1 and A2. Its around 170mm long so it will cover a 650mm inner barrel.

    No bothers at all.

As the good Captain says, 170mm will cover a 650mm barrel perfectly. So anything over that will be grand, like the more common 200mm silencers.

I know feck all about motors, but my understanding is that Systema Turbo should work fine. The A3 is known for its quality stock internals.

Hey I was reading your review on the JG AUG A3 RAS and I had one question. How to you get to the hop up in the gun? I have the two halves of the gun apart but cant find any screws or anything to get the barrel/hop-up out of the gun. Any help would be greatly appreciated

The hop up on the AUG is in the ejection port, lock the cocking level back and the port will open. I have a CA AUG a1 and the hop up has a red sticker on it showing whick way to turn the wheel to increase the hop up setting, dont know if the JG has the sticker

What kinda life does the battery offer?
Would the JG be better than the D-Boys M4?

You need to remove the RAS before you can remove the barrel. This thread will tell you how to get it off.

Once you do that, pull back the lever for the ejection port, move the nub (the one located behind where the grip is attached on an Aug.), and twist about 5 degrees or so. The front should pull out. Its easy enough from there.

I ment to get the barrel out and get to the whole hop-up system. I pull the screw down after I pulled the (fake) shell ejection case lever into the locked position. The barrel wont rotate so the inner barrel won't pull out. Also I cant get my flash hider screw out becuase it dosnt have one, just smooth plastic all the way around.
