i noticed in the icf post a method of reducing the cold bridge in the mosart hse. but what would be the most cost effective way of doing this in a cavity wall. in another forum the quinn lite was mentioned for the bottom of inner leaf just below dpc but someone stated that it may lose conductivity when wet. the perinsul block is supposed to be very costly.
what would any of you do if it where your own hse.? spend a couple of k on the perinsul blocks ,a row of quinnlites or would building rising walls with some of the other less insulating blocks like the finnlite be a good option.
or just build the standard way
