I'd suggest that you have a look for a leather worker and that you see if any of the re enactors groups can help.

Without being funny with you OP, there's a bondage shop on Marys St who could probably point you in the right direction.

The thing is that type of artistan work is not going to be the type of thing you will find in the golden pages but through craft fair and the like or by getting in touch with re enactors.

Chances are you will not find someone in the country who can do that for you.

if you wait till December, they sell them on the stalls on Henry Street

Re-enactor = viking/roman military re-enactment enthusiast. A lot of the stuff they use is made from leather, so it's worth looking into.

(and yes, I'm aware there are other types of re-enactors such as WW1 etc, but they are not relevant to this request)

Thanks CrazyRabbit. I'll look into that.

I sent them an e-mail. They made masks for WWE before, so my chances with them are very slim i imagine.

These folks may be able to point you in the right direction:

Not to be a smart ass, but what help can these bondage places be?

Even, in the hugely unlikely event that i find someone who does make masks for that kinda stuff, I reckon they wouldn't know much about making a totally different kind of mask anyway :(

There is no offence intended by suggesting such shops. It's just a practical suggestion as leather is a fundamental component of bondage and leather masks/hoods are an associated part of this fetish. People in places such as Miss Fantasia may know a good leathersmith here or elsewhere who may be able to make bespoke pieces not just for bondage.

Equally on the non-fetish side you could check here:

    http://www.roisingartland.com/

Searching the Golden Pages for leather/manufacturing/Dublin gives:

    Tara Leathers
1 Tara st / 19c Talbot st 2 Co. Dublin
    (01)6797850

    Gartland P
44 Sth William st 2 Co. Dublin
    (01)6793000

In the UK these guys may know someone:

    http://www.wrestlingworld.co.uk/

    Hope this helps.

These guys might be able to help : http://hotrockstudio.com/

They tend to work in latex, rather than leather, but if the leather's a must-have they could probably point you to someone.

Oh i wasn't taking offence to it. I was just curious as to why people were suggesting it. I understand what you mean, though.

I'll likely contact the yellowpages people during the week. I've already asked Wrestling World, but they have not been able to help, sadly. I've contacted lots of people, and not a positive reply yet :(

Thanks CrazyRabbit. I'll look into that.

Np, BTW, you can find loads of these re-enactors at the Salute! show in the National Show Centre (Swords) at the end of August.
