Hello ,got a quick question which is doing my head in. Got promegranata juice today and it says to only drink 20ml at a time. It was expensive at €16 for litre ,but why only 20ml at a time ?

Maybe that's all you body can absorb and the RDA ?

I was thinking that ,doesn't say not to drink more anywhere.
