Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

My neighbours are upset because some of our trees overhang their property. They think that we should stop our trees overhanging their property but to do this we would have to cut it from their side. Does anyone know to what extent we are responsible on this issue

In many places in the States it would be the responsibility of your neighbor to cut down the overhanging branches and they are allowed to cut any branches that hang over their property.

I would suggest contacting your local town government though and checking with them before you do anything.

Sorry OP but this has legalities written all over it and we don't do legal advice.

    Try reasoning with your neighbours.

    Locked.
