Anyone noticed high-pitched continuous noise in vicinity of North Circular Road/Mater hospital/Mountjoy prison complex? Sounds like feedback from microphone or hearing aid being adjusted. Sounds worse at night when traffic dies down and more audible when weather's wet which is often!:confused:

I've not heard that.

But, people think I'm delusional because I can feel vibrations coming from the ground and hear a low humming sound in several places throughout dublin.
