Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Have a major problem with my employer, big company won't name them, some may know who they are.

But it's going like this, got my roster for last week. Thursday 2pm-10pm, Friday 2pm-10pm, Saturday 2pm-10pm then Sunday 8am-4pm.

Now legally for my shift too start on the Sunday it should have been starting at 10am, I was too start at 8am. Now this happened a few time's and I have brought it up too the manager. Who say I get the same, now I don't mind, but I rather get that extra bit of kip.

My problem is that the main manager that is over the other managers, makes these mad rosters for them, IE, 12am-10pm then the next day either 8am-6pm or 7am-5pm. Which is illegal as far as I know of.

But wait it get's worse the managers roster is forwarded onto a guy in charge of the main manager who gives the green light for these rosters to go ahead, clearly knowing there breaking the law.

What should I do, if anything I can do? Or is this all legal? Too which I think not.

    Suggestions ?
