Safe rule of thumb is 1 day per mm thickness of concrete

Concrete is cured after 7 days, but as it gets progressively stronger over time it may be worth waiting 29 days.

.... to achieve design strength - for drying out - much longer .

75mm screed will need 75 days . UNLESS - you have UFH which you bring on slowly 10 degrees at first gradually rising 1-2 degrees per day for 2 weeks . Hire a concrete specific moisture meter to measure % moisture before finishing over

When I moved in to ( developer spec ) new house some years ago I lived with horrible , but cheap , nylon needle punch carpet for 6 weeks before placing timber flooring down . A neighbour did not bother doing this - his flooring cupped .

One month per inch or 30 day for every 25mm of depth.

Depends on time of year too.
A moisture meter is a very good idea.
