Played COD4 on PC, should I get PS3 version?

Hi,
I have played COD4 on the PC and I loved it, one of my favourite games of all time! I now have a PS3 and I'm wondering if it would be worth it to get COD4 on that (I should prob point out that I won't be able to use the on-line game (damn lack of BB)).
Would it be pretty much the same thing or is it worth the extra purchase?

Sure if you already have COD4 save the money and get MGS for the ps3 imo!!

If you want it just to play the one-player game then I wouldn't bother. I play COD4 on my PS3 all the time but only the online version! Sure, the graphics are absolutely amazing but if you're not playing online you get bored pretty quickly.

I haven't replayed the single player game since finishing it.

dont buy it for the single player, and online is better on PC anyway
