    Chauffe, Marcel, chauffe!

Continuous lashing rain here in Lucan since about 10AM. On and off lightning and thunder since about 12PM with one lightning followed within 2 seconds by a very load thunder

Despite good drainage, the garden looks more flooded than I've seen it before in the 8 years I'm living here. Not very scientific, I know :D

Think the heaver stuff is to the east of me now so you should be catching up slowly but surely being closer to the coast

Think your right about being close to the coast.

Getting heavy bursts of rain then its stopping and starting again, that cycle has been happening all day.

Would love my own weather station for days like today.

Anyone the ability to check dewpoints on their stations should note a sudden drop in them as the clear polar maritime air crosses over your area in the clearance.

    Dp 12.1C
    Wind West and light.
