    Hi Folks,
I've just stumbled upon this Sligo part of the Boards.ie
I'm moving home to Sligo after living in Dublin for the past five years, and am quite excited about the whole move. It's great to see all this info about Sligo all in one spot!
My two hours commute in Dublin will now equal a ten minute drive or 25 minute cycle every day, and I am looking forward to an overall healthier lifestyle, and have more time to actually do things, rather than plan everything 4 hours in advance. ( I guess some of this was just relevant to where I lived in relation to Dublin City)

Just wanted to say Hi, and yay!

    Dotty

Went in to Lidl earlier (6-ish) to get some bottles of Perlenbacher. Very disappointed they didn't have any. :(

Ended up getting a crate of Fink Brau instead. On a plus side I happen to like them. :)

Anybody else do any shopping today?

Bloody hell irish-stew. I thought Jeff Kenna was still in charge of Galway Utd. Now I find out he's in charge of Pats. The team closest to where I'm from. :o

Missed that one that's for sure. A win for Pat's tonight I see. Did they deserve it?

    Yep,

Left the pup into Connacht Gold dog groomers. While he was in there (2.5 hours or so), did a shop in Lidl and Dunnes. Also got a few things in Argos.. and mowed both lawns yesterday evening.

Busy day yesterday.. lot less planned today.

The camera club is at the back of the Hawks Well. In the scout hall at The Lungy.
It meets every first and third Tuesday at 8.30...but because of St. Patrick's Day the meeting is this week.
You should come along, you are a step ahead of me already...I don't have a DSLR.
There's more info on the club here:

Is there in town that has a public use of a fax machine?

  • Registered Users Posts: 8,085 ✭✭✭Xiney

you could try cafe online on stephen street - I'm not sure that they fax things but I'm sure they'd be able to point you in the right direction, at least for Monday.
