    Was it actual abuse though? Because there's a difference between abuse and posting replies to you in an agressive, confrontational manner.

    And what did you do that started this?

    There really isn't a mod clique. I suppose when people know each other (not just on the interweb but also in person) they're gonna have a different relationship with each other than they would have with a newbie or someone who's not a known quantity yet, but that's not cliqueyness, that's just being human.

    I believe you're right, I don't think there's a mod clique, but I would be inclined to think there was an "established members" clique, to a degree.

    i'm polite and friendly at all times on here


    i was then flame
    this is personal abuse
    it was by a mo

    i reported it
    that aws ignored
    i was then s much as told i provoked it by having differing views onthe running of an organisation differing but polite views

    i was then repeatedly flamed by this person

    he was not involved in the conversation nor was he mentioned yet he was not asked to stop

    i started a help desk thread and i was given many reasons for why he wopuld not be punished

    words and expressions such as "only trolling" "no emotional damage" "provoked" and " a bit strong" were used and to be honest i got bored


    i can see friends standing up for each other when i'm presented with it

    i feel thati have laid the ground work to prevent this person fron doing this again and thats all i could ask for so i'm happy enough

    nothing wrong witha clique
    just don't pretend taht mates sharing power will be fair to all
    cos they wont

    i have no intention of naming anyone

    but in general it was let go

    Das Royatt Tarsie, just don't want the place to go down the plughole ala Cuckoo's Nest,where the Mod in charge moderated according to his/her wishes and not to the forum charter.

    Like allowed certain users a lot of leeway and clamped down on others.

    Our man has those tendencies in my opinion,and I would hate to see a good forum ruined.

    Dudess was a fcukin ace mod and I will miss her impartial moderation big time.

    She did it as it should be done... others take fcukin note.
