    Hi folks,

    I was wondering if anyone could enlighten me on whether UTV charge spondulas for downgrading, and if so, how much?

    I want to down my package from 7.6Mb to 3Mb.

    Normally they do, same as all the resellers do. It's an Eircom charge though and last I heard it was around €30. When the last upgrades happened anyone who didn't want the new speed or had connection problems after it got downgraded foc. you may get away with it this time.

    theyll not charge you if you log a call with tech support and convince them they your speeds/pings etc for your package arent as good as you want them to be
