Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Best multiplayer on xbox live

    Hi

    Any recommendations for a really good multiplayer game on xbox live.

    Have Halo 3 and not looking for Sports.

    Halo 3 has a max of 16 players - do any games allow more?

    Halo Halo Halo. I must have 10 other games including GTA IV I might add that I have played only a handful of times because Halo just that damn good. I'm not a fan of the medal of honor games they dont do it for me. If you like that war type FPS then its probably good but **** that Halo all the way.
    I have also found ridge racer fun online when I manage to take Halo out of the console. I know thats an odd one but I've always like Ridge Racer games ever since ps1 days oh and lastly sega rally same reasons.
    Must play these games again actually now that you bring it up.

    You may already have it but gears of war is also a brilliant game on Live, as well as in single player. Everybody is f**kin brilliant at it at this stage, though.Mostly Yanks i might add. I hope that GoW2(Mid November:D) will be a worthy succesor.

    Got COD4 - looks like a great game.

    One question though - is it not possible for 2 players with subs to play on multiplayer on the same xbox like it is with Halo?

    i'd echo COD4 mentions and throw in battlefield: bad company as another great alternative. i tend to switch between the two online

    Enjoying battlefield:BF the sniping from like a mile away is SWEEET

    COD4 is great but im bored of it

    Halo is the best IMO,ever changing playlists / great for casual or hardcore gamers.

    I agree with that, and lots of people complain about the 1 game mode in BF ive never had a game turn out the same.. Ah well conquest mode thursday!!

    Saying that though COD4 is really really really really good.. just got bored of it and now im on battlefield

    TF2 aswell is really good!
