    Thanks to Firefox it doesn't show the awful red X's that IE does :)
    I would have assumed IE would use text defined in the ALT tag.. same as Firefox does. It would only display a red X if there was no ALT text defined.

    Me too! But its great fun trying to get where all the buttons are i just click on a blank part of the screen where i think reply might be and hope for the best!!

    This is wrecking my head...FF is taking ages getting the alt text for the links...this is leading to 2 minute waits for reply buttons and I've yet to even see the edit button.
    Gonna try IE and see if that's any better(!)

    Google analytics hang too, lag from static.boards.ie, presumably trying to get the img files...sucks.

    Disable Images and its fine.

    If you have the Web Developer Toolbar installed, just go Images > Disable Images > All Images.

    Makes it nice and quick.
