Who is the best & quickest installed Broadband?

I need Broadband, I used to have Eircom & cancelled it, I know it takes 2 weeks to set it up aqgain. If I wanted something quick what would be the best & cheapest and that would not have a huge cancellation fee?

NTL took about 3 days for me, all the ADSL providers will take the same timeframes.

O2, Vodafone or Three wireless would just involve you walking into a shop so perhaps 30min for that but it wouldn't be as good as adsl or cable
