What, if any, difference has the July changes made to the second hand car market?

Is this a good time to buy a second hand car, say a 00 reg and it would be something like a focus/yaris/corsa

    Thanks

You might save €400-€500 but God help you if you have a trade in.

Sell it private and make a few hundred..no garage is going to take it.

But yes, it's a very good time to buy a second hand car.

    6-700 euro?
Not really sure on that one, not that expensive though.

No cars are shifting on the forecourts and garages aren't taking trade ins. It's forcing them to sell the cars cheaper than what they'd like to.
