living near a beach..

I dream of living near a quiet , peaceful beach but work from home and need a strong broadband connection and was just wondering does anyone know of such a place(s) in Ireland where I could keep an eye on ,in case a property comes up or any good websites to keep an eye on;daft etc..I plan on renting initially but was also wondering is it dangerous to buy a house too close to a beach or cliffs with erosion,flooding etc..I saw an article last week where a house in england had been valued at one pound because nearby cliffs had eroded by 500feet in so many years. Thanks for any help or advice.

I would imagine you would need a competent window cleaner visiting you regularly in that gaf

i've been begging my fella for about... 4 months to move to this flat. initially, just before winter, he said nah, was talking to someone and apparently it's really damp there during the winter.

****er failed to mention that the flat we're living in is ****ing damp anyway. had mould grow on my clothes after leaving them on the floor for a week. anywho..

its from a local auctioneer, his website is www.barrymurphy.ie
there are a few properties on the site near beaches, hope that helps
