Windscreen wiper controls broken....help......

Its a 96 nissan micra. Are they easy to fix or do I need a garage to do it? Anyone recommend anywhere to get it done? I think the stick came loose from the control box cos water constantly sprays from the bonnet now

It could well be the relay but get someone to take a quick look at it.
