    Hey,

I'm developing a site that needs user access control. So, people can register for an account, and be given certain privileges depending on their authorisation level.

I'm working in PHP, and so have have integrated the following script:
    http://www.finalwebsites.com/snippets.php?id=10

I'm thinking in the long run, though, that some other more mature application might be good.

I was thinking along the lines of using Wordpress for user management. Is that the right way of looking at it?

Benefits of Wordpress, for example, is it has a good administration panel, I could use the blogging feature as the website's blog, and it has full user administration tools.

    Any views welcome.

    Simon
