    Thanks Jimogr, but I emailed VW ireland today and they've just contacted me to ask for my address as they're going to send me one.
    How good is that??!

    And no, it's not anything in particular, it's just everytime I try to do something it seems different to other cars and I end up being a total girl and having to ask a bloke what to do :)
