    I'm quite interested in reading Irish born / Irish based authors work,
    And i was looking around recently at all the Irish authors around and was amazed at the sheer amount of them who live / work / born here,
    here is just a little list of my favorites,

    Eoin Colfer
    O.R Melling
    Diane Duane
    C.S Lewis
    Anne McCaffery

    I know that there are loads more but I cant think of any at the moment,
    I'm not talking about James Joyce and those ones, I guess i'm trying to come up with a list of lesser known ones,
