I'm not that interested. I love bullpups, but if it's based on the Masada then I want to hold one before buying because I hate the Masada bodywork. It feels way too narrow for my liking. If they've corrected that, and not put an outrageous and unjustified price tag on it (which they probably will), then I'll consider it.

I did think about that (it's rampant in work today so I'm paranoid) but Magpul did have plans for a bullpup years ago. I just assumed this was the cash cow being dragged to the slaughterhouse again. It wouldn't have surprised me at all. It's hard to consider anything is off limits with them at any time of the year after they released tactical selector switches for the SCAR a short time ago...

No worries April 1st jokes aside those are pictures of the polish msbs rifle system, its planned to be rolled out in 2014-2015 and is supposed to be convertible from bullpup to standard configuration. It was changed externally to resemble the masada having looked like a lego gun in early prototype stages, I assume for the good ergonomics of that rifle.

It would make a nifty aeg though if ever they make it

I don't know, bar the rails, I like it. If that was replaced with a decent foregrip (not a vertical one...) I'd be mire interested. Rail-crazy bull-pups are just uncomfortable.

I like the innovation, but it lacks the realism blowback would offer. Its a really good expensive aeg which needs an external tank, for that I'd prefer my own self contained aeg without 30 rps, which just isn't in the spirit of the game anyway.

*As in actual reciprocating weight, not a little metal plate shuffle system, or LiMPS for short

I'm all up for new gear bringing brought to the market
but this to me seems very, well crap :rolleyes:

that tank in the back, although they make it seem like not a problem I'd say it's a pain, also the noise of the rifles.. urgh:(

its not new gear, its VERY old ORIGINAL airsoft gear, redesigned and improved. Gear from before airsoft was a glint in Ireland's eye...

The guns sound? fine? perhaps a little meatier than an aeg? sounds a ton better than WHIIRRR WHIRRR!
As for the tanks, they aint bad, ive used one (abeit, an old classic sun projects)

looks like an idea id certainly not say no to... could stick the tank in a large dump pouch or mg pouch...

I remember seeing one of those scoutthedoggie videos where one of the lads was using an agm GBB M4, but with an external tank connected to the mag. He was reloading the mag from a speed loader each time it ran out, but there was a curly gas tube going from the tank in the dump pouch to a fitting on the inlet valve on the mag - if you could cycle the bolt with an external gas source I'd be happy - consistent pressure and fps would be nice.

Not only that; but the implication is that somebody has actually gone to the effort of serious R&D to update/improve? (time will tell) the twenty years plus old design of the TM gearbox and motor.

Watch that space folks. It could be a bit more interesting than just another AEG attempt at blowback.
