co2 on a nbb gas device, there clearly aimed above the 1j market

  • Registered Users Posts: 5,984 ✭✭✭NakedDex

Yeah, it's different on the M4's and AK's because there's a dirty big recoil mech to siphon some of that power away. Even green and 134a powered sniper rifles need regulation to work under 1J.

  • Registered Users Posts: 4,612 ✭✭✭bullets

Kinda beside the point but on my AW338 it states on the manual
to use only 134a they made it pretty clear not to use a stronger gas
and Now they introduce CO2 mags! weird.

I had an upgrade/downgrade in mine so there is something build into the bolt
to reduce the power to under 1j .....in fact it works too well and only getting 150fps with
a .2g BB. With a leaky mag that still leaks after replacing the valves.

Never tried taking the bolt apart to look at and did not have the right tool or know
how to safely disassemble it. A CO2 mag on mine probably would not even reach 1j

Good luck lugging a thing that heavy around the place trying to be an airsoft sniper
heavy bit of kit when you consider a Gspec VSR would do the same job.

I'd hold off until the "ACM" part turns into an actual brand name :)

doesn't look like an AGM at least, the bolt in those is white whereas this one is black. could be the rumored dboys attempt?

I think ill hold off altogether. Quality starts to deteriorate when you copy a copy etc

With the quality of DBoys/Kalash in the last 6 months id expect a little higher price tag than that.

gbb rifles are far simpler than that of their AEG cousins though and they have a lot less parts. hence the AGM being cheaper than their own Electric guns. :) since its the first attempt at gas from them i would hold out and see what others think of the quality before throwing hard earned at it. :)

Is it just my puter (which is on its last legs) or are all my pics above not working?

  • Banned (with Prison Access) Posts: 11,001 ✭✭✭✭Masada

Some new things coming from Classic Army, The pistols aren't very interesting, the other ones is an electric blowback G36. hope they've improved the gears and pistons.

Is it just me or does that trigger guard look wrong?

Probably modelled on the 4th generation Glock series. Minor frame refinements.

Like a lot of the stuff on ebairsoft though, it's a copy.
Originals, along with the other pouches in their range, and a lot of other gucci kit for those that have never been on the website, can be found here:

holy $hit that bounding mine looks savage cant wait for that to come out!!!!

i have a spoon kit on the way for my tornado at the moment.

i also have the distraction device kit for it......it can be a bit fiddly if you doont put the sticker on the bottom properly it may as well be a cap gun making the noise.

The concept of a more realistic 40mm grenade has been around for some time, the problem of sheer danger is still there with this version. You've still got a full size grenade hurtling through the air. One mistimed firing, wild shot or unannounced movement and some poor sod is taking it to the head. As ever, the point of them is to fire at something like a wall, but accidents happen.
None of this will be of consequence to us, however. Anyone want to work out the expected muzzle energy required to launch a gassed and loaded 40mm grenade even 20 yards and round it off to the nearest 10J?

That AP mod looks good. It's a shame they didn't build a better stand-alone mine instead of modding the Tornado though. It looks good there but, lets be honest, that's a promotional video so of course it does. I'm not sure I trust the Tornados reliability yet.
