    Just saw the ad! Stargate Continuum will air on Sky One Tuesday 12th August at 8pm!


    Know theres a discussion thread but thought this would catch peoples eyes

    Have to admit, I can't understand why these things get tv airings before the dvd comes out.
    It has to hurt sales.

    The company (Sky) would probably have to pay more, if aired before the DVD came out.

    It's not a bad film. It's nice "not having to know everything" that has since happened, to understand what is happening.

    I'd give it an average one thumb up.

    Sure it was entertaining and what not but watch it again, then go and watch an old episode of SG-1...you'll quickly change your mind.

    Seriously, few people were as defensive of the new seasons as I was but even the new Stargate at it's best, still pales to the old episodes.

    While I liked it, I have to admit it felt like an overly long episode where there were big changes but SG-1 (or what was left in the end) saved the day and returned everything to normal.

    The look on Baal's face as Mitchell shoots him was worth it though!!

    I thought it was good enough, Nice to see SG1 again despite Series ending.

    Just thought it felt like a very long ephisode though...

    I felt cheesey and sticky after watching it.

    Didnt rate it much but also had some very high expectations !

    Ark of Truth was better

    I like it, and would have liked it more if Ben Browder was omitted from it / or died during it.
