Well Heath ****ed up then didn't he.:)

You would think after Mir said repeatedly in his post fight that he was freaked out by how strong and fast Brock was, the speed on his transitions and the fact that he was rocked on the ground from the GnP would have clued Heath in a bit.

Or that Brock is a NCAA Champion (aka a real wrestler.) What a bunch of fools.

The early rumours are that it'll be Brock vs Cheick Kongo next. They're probably the two most muscular heavyweights in the UFC, it'd be a bit of a spectacle. I'd still go with Brock there

Brock would murder kongo. Terrible match up for Kongo.

So theyre keeping Brock away from the Werdums, Gonzagas, Valasquez's and Big Nogs of the world yea?

Well, Werdum's fighting some new guy in October, Nogueira's got his title fight in December and Velasquez is a guy they're still building up. And he'd probably beat Brock at this stage. But if Brock can keep on improving then him and Velasquez will probably be one of the big fights of the next year or two. Between Kongo and Gonzaga I think Kongo's the right pick for now

If Brock stood with kongo then kongo would KO him in less than 2 minutes but thats not a problem cos he'll take him down with llittle to no effort and keep him there. And Kongo is rubbish on th ground.

LOL thats cos Brock would beat Kongo and lose to Gonzaga!! Smart move by UFC. Have Brock beat another impressive looking but limited fighter (with a name) and attract more fans and have people believing he's the next big thing. Which he well could be in time. But he;s gonna be protected a bit now. They made their point with Mir now its time for them to make money off of him.

I see your point but it says something about a guys talent when for his fourth fight, there's talk of him fighting a pretty well established guy and people refer to that as "protecting" him.

Two fights in a row against people who's style of fighting gives you all the available advantages could be considered protecting.

When Cain is moving on the fight Hardonk it gets just a little bit stronger.

Funnily enough Fedor has expressed an interest in fighting Brock after he comes into his own. Says he enjoys watching him fight, a big strong wrestler like that would be an excellent test of Fedor's own wrestling ability and that he expects Brock to become more and more formidable as his skillset improves.

    Praise from Ceasar.
