why registration is delayed is anyone who was doing work placement and didn't finish till after summer exams were done will get them out with those who had to repeat exams. was just in college and that is what i was told. hope that helps people.

I'm having a problem with my fees at the moment. I probably won't get a grant 'cause my parents have decided that I don't need P21s so my grant form won't be in on time, might get away with but not counting on it. But I'm going into 1st BSc in Applied Biosciences and my fees are over €2300, now I was sure they were around €900 so that's all I saved. Called the guy in the fees department said they might be a mistake, but only might. So what I'm wondering what are everyone else fees in a first year ordinary degree?

You wont know whether you got into the next year of your course until the results of the repeats are known which can be a month into the first semester and grant offices only finished collecting grant applications last friday so it'll be around 2 months before you hear anything from them

I had my registration yesterday and the form has an option 'awaiting decision from VEC, etc.' so no need to worry.

I can only attend next tuesday as i have an op on wed and won't be well enough for the rest of the week, do i need to tell someone i won't be there? i don't want them thinking i've left and who do I give sick note too?
