When developers build properties for the council normally the specifications externally are identical to other properties in the estate- but the interiors are bare. I.e. those sold by the developer will have lovely wooden floors, a kitchen fit-out, a set budget for the bathroom, fitted wardrobes etc in the bedrooms- but on the AH or shared ownership schemes nada.

Unfortunately this is quite normal.......
