Hi

They put me back on immedietly but my download speed has been terrible ever since
I have the 20 meg package but im struggling to get to 5000kb on the speed tests, however my upload is around the 1300 mark
Ive re-set the router but it hasnt made any difference
Can anyone tell me anything else I can try?
Could they have put me back on the wrong package?

i dont think they put you on he wrong package because there is no 5mb

i sugest you ring them and tell them the problem

See this thread – you could be experiencing the same issues as me – try direct connection to modem, and then try using the router in conjunction with an internet download manager.
