hi all i am about to move into my new house and want to know is it worth my while getting in eircom. basically there is a pargain at the bottom of the road i am the first house after it. I have checked all the neighbours lines on the eircom site and the say maybe be suitable. I know that houses on the main Rd can get BB…

I know that houses on the main Rd can get BB but no one on my road has it.

i dont want to have to get a line in and then find out i cant get BB as i have no use for a LL.

i read on a thread here that offering the eircom tech a few quid to put me on a better line might work is this really an option is there anything the can really do to increase my chances.

anybody got any hints or past experience.
