    Hey everyone!

I've actually got two houses in Renmore suitable for GMIT students to rent this year:

    HOUSE 1:
    • Situated across the road from then GMIT - Main Campus
    • Can't get much closer than this to the college!
    • 4 Double Bedrooms - Suit up to 8 sharing.
    • One room has an En-Suite.
    • Newly renovated Kitchen, large gardens to rear and front of house.
    • Ample parking provided for cars
    • Bus stop and shops 30 seconds away.
    • Near the beach, Kingfisher etc...

    HOUSE 2:
    • Situated across the road from the GMIT Cluain Mhuire Campus - although not too far from the Main GMIT Campus either.
    • 4 Bedrooms
    • Newly renovated Kitchen, large gardens to rear and front of house.
    • Bus Stop and Shops 1 minute away.
    • Ample parking provided for cars
    • Near the beach, railway line, EYE Cinema etc...
    • Excellent location with brilliant views
    • 10 minute walk into Eyre Square
Both are available to rent from the end of August onwards. However, I am taking viewings early due to the large demands that starts later on in August - come and see it now and save yourself queing up outside the Advertisers office for hours on end in a few weeks time!

Want to arrange a viewing or got any questions? feel free to pm me! smile.gif

    Thanks all! smile.gif

Edit: Sorry guys, the second house listed above actually has 5 Bedrooms, and not 4! Also, rental allowances taken, so Mature Students etc welcome! Any questions? Feel free to ask! :)

    Hi Liv,

This thread is two years old, I'd imagine the accommodation has been rented by now!
