anyone heard of it? i've found loads of reviews of it online but thats it. it should be on sale but i cant find it anywhere? even online like? any help would be appreciated!!

I have bought 5 i900 phones for engineers at my work. All was going great until we tried to download a program onto the phone. It will download ok but the file size once on the phone is zero bytes! This happens for all files or programs we try to download!
