The Government seems to be an incompetent lame duck, is it time we let the military take over so we can start from scratch again?

    you could be right.
however I find it an amusing concept. I have little faith in the competence of our military-

after the last 900 years I'd say the brits have lost interest as well.. however if the orange order wanted to flex now would be as gpod a time as any... the oirish are loyal to who ever gives out the few pound...

    wait and see......

in the meantime -- the government is wholly disfunctional.. the civil service is running the country and decisions above their remit are being directed to the courts / judiciary
It seems like the entire job of the dail is to provide the mahon tribunal with information.......
there is a void where the government should be..
in olden days a strong leader would manipulate their way in..I think even hitler would find it hard to overcome the level of procrastination that is evident.

of course then there's the green goblin.....Mr gormless..

Would the order have to come from Mary Mc Alesse or Willie O'Dea? or could it come from someone senior in the Irish Army?
