Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

This might have been posted before, but I have just found the easiest way of removing those silly little arrows on shortcut icons! (on XP anyway, not sure about any other OS?!)

    1. Start regedit.
    2. Navigate to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOTlnkfile
    3. Delete the IsShortcut registry value.

    Restart Windows

I wouldn't recommend editing the registry to inexperienced people.

Even the experienced should periodically make a back up.

But this way you don't have to download anything ntlbell. Just thought might be a quick and simple way to remove the arrows as I know some people don't want them.

What I meant was without having to download and run anything you can quickly and simply remove the arrows! BTW I don't have a cap! I run 15Mb.500Mb with no contention!
