Data on PAYG in France

Data seems poorly served in France unless you actually have a datacard from the big three networks. Does anyone know if any of the networks allow data in the shape of an add-on or equivalent on a PAYG SIM? I care not what network it is. I already own a Bouygtel and SFR SIM. Using the Bouygtel I was able to surf the mobile…

Using the Bouygtel I was able to surf the mobile web using a Samsung Tocco (after a fashion) but not by using the latter as a mobile with either of my MacBooks.
