Missing Auditing Standards/Guidance Notes

    I'm looking for the following documents:

    Auditing Standards and Guidelines
    L (2/89) Explanatory Foreword

    APB Practice Notes
    N13 (7/97) The Audit of Small Businesses

    Most audit documents of this type are available online via Chariot - however the above two I can't seem to locate. If anybody knows where I can find a soft copy of either of the above, it would be greatly appreciated.

    The hard copy of both I believe are contained in the Institue Handbook (the small blue folders)
