Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

have you registered? deadline was last friday and they do not under any circumstances accept late applications - they are very very strict about this. if you have - go to www.lawsociety.ie and find everything you need under the education link (the first starts on the 29th of sept.).

to do 6 now, with 8 weeks left - that's a very tall order. chances depend on how much time you spend on it, how good you are, etc.

the next sitting will be at the end of march/april if you haven't registered.

yeah i got my applications in last week - thought there may be a chance I could fluke it!! hopefully get 5..? leaving out eu and const which seem to be the most difficult. just finished my law degree..so hoping it will be fresh.

Have u any idea how long the exams are? 2 hours / 3 hours - 4/5 questions?

And do u know what time in the day the exams are usually held?

    Thanks for your help!

The exams are on at 9.30am Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays in the RDS. They are three hours long with 8 questions on the paper to answer 5.

In my opinion you are leaving it extremely tight in terms of time to do six. With eight weeks left to run you will only have roughly 9 days per subject. That is not a lot of time. You have to make the decision of whether to do 6 hoping to 'fluke' 5. The flip side of this coin is that the time you will spend studying for the sixth subject will reduce the time that could be spent studying for the others.

Have a read of this thread http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2055143169 it's a wealth of knowledge.

    Best of luck!

this is not true, no matter what they tell they do accept late applications, you just need a very very good backstory
