What has to be covered in an AGM?

Can anyone point me to guidelines or instructions on what needs to be covered during an AGM? I know in preparation there needs to be 21 days notice in writing to all members and the accounts need to be presented at the meeting, but is there anything else that must go on the Agenda?

Not sure, but I think minutes of previous year's AGM, and election of directors if appropriate.
